Hello - I'm a newb to the Casper world... we've added our first few enrollees to the suite but are now getting a message when the user first logs in stating "There was a problem connecting to the server. Check the server name or IP address..."
However, the machine is on the network, etc. Am I missing something?

might be worth checking ntp / time skew?

Thanks for the idea. I did verify that the server and machines are on the same timezone/time/date.
It appears that the machine is attempting to connect to the server before establishing network connectivity, resulting in the error that it can't connect. I'm digging through some documentation but coming up empty so far.
