PSA: iOS 12 Screen Time disabled by not allowing modifying Restrictions

If you have this setting unchecked (Allow modifying restrictions), users won't be able to use Screen Time either. Just thought you ought to know!

I have this setting checked in the "Restrictions" Configuration Profile and still can't use Screen Time.
