Push Certificate

Hello everyone,

I am currently trying to use a push certificate to force a few macs to check in with jss in order for it to update but I am having trouble finding the certificate. I have also set up a policy to have the macs update but it hasn't done anything noticeable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

The push certificate is for MDM functionality so is a different mechanism to a JSS check-in for an OS X client.

By default the Macs will be set to check-in every 15 mins. If they aren't checking in, they either can't reach the JSS, the binary on the client isn't working properly or the enrollment with the JSS from the client is broken.

Can you navigate to https://your.jss.com:8443 from one of the affected Macs?
