"management task" with enrolled m1

I recently enrolled a new M1 based MacBook and every time a JAMF policy is to run it prompts that a "Management task is scheduled to run now" and requires the user to acknowledge it. Surely there must be a way to bypass this and whitelist/approve on behalf of the user?

Actually, found the issue. We are using installomator and found that in the custom policy for a few program auto updates, the Defer option was enabled which brings up that message allowing users to defer for up to 7 days. We simply turned this off to avoid the unclear message end users were receiving.

Thanks @travisroembke thats the solution 🙂
