Hello
i have installed Casper Suite 9.61 and Yosemite but Recon doesn't work
I have the following screen error
Any fix ?????

There's a post on https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/discussion.html?id=12205 about it already and I have just read it and in one of the posts they say to remove the /Users/ folders from the Computer Inventory Collection, which I've just done and worked.

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread like this, but the proposed solution is probably not the answer for everyone, especially if you run your system in any other language than English.
I tried running the Recon.app, version 9.63, in OS X 10.10.1 on a computer not enrolled in Casper, and had exactly the same experience, got the same error message and the subsequent hanging.
The solution, in my case, was to enable English as a secondary system language in the OS. Which means that running the OS in any other language is fine as long as you also have English enabled.
The ”feature” is easily reproducible in Yosemite. Setting the system language to any other language but English, and after removing English, the Recon.app will hang upon start.
