Recon.exe for windows error message

Hi

We want to start making test on windows pc licensed software with our PC in our environment. when i try to recon.exe windows machines i get the same error all the time...

error 1 Enroll from the application recon.exe : JAMF stopped working....

error 2 enroll from the quickadd.msi : There is a problem with this windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.

Anyone ?

I am having this same issue on some of my windows machines. No explanation as to why i can enroll some, but others give me this error. Anyone have any suggestions?
