I'm testing "Refresh Cellular Plans" command to activate eSIM by Jamf Pro, but I can't manage it.
I have two parameter from my TELCO:
SM-DP + Address something like: telco.prod.connection.com
Activation code something like: 12345678-12AA-1A1A-A123-12A1123456A1
or QRcode
LPA:1$telco.prod.connection.com$12345678-12AA-1A1A-A123-12A1123456A1
If I set the eSIM manually it works fine but not if I use Jamf command.
Someone have experience about this?

Refer to page 10 for the Management Command button to push the Refresh Cellular Plans. Your SM-DP+ server address is in the following form https://telco.prod.connection.com. The SM-DP+ Server for Verizon in the US is https://2.vzw.otgeuicc.com. This is assuming that your carrier has already provisioned the eSIM Profile based on the IMEI number from your device that you provided. Then the carrier will place the eSIM Profile into the SM-DP+ server for download. Once the device has downloaded the profile, it will be deleted. If you need to "provision" the device again, the carrier will need to generate a new eSIM profile. So make sure if you wipe the device you "Keep Data Plans." Refer to page 20.

I think this is the problem
This is assuming that your carrier has already provisioned the eSIM Profile based on the IMEI number from your device that you provided.
