I have a department who has been letting their patients facetime their family on devices that were previously unrestricted. With our migration, we don't want anyone signing into the devices with personal accounts but the department created iCloud accounts just for the patients to facetime. Is it possible to restrict signing into iCloud on the device but still use iCloud logins for facetime?

@MYDennis There is currently no way to restrict what Apple ID is used to sign in to an Apple device (unless Apple provides support for it in the MDM specs there's really nothing Jamf can do). If this would be of benefit to your org you should use the Feedback Assistant to send feedback.

Not super ideal, but you COULD have the devices signed into using those common accounts, and then push a config profile to prevent Modifying Account changes.
