Restrict Documents from being deleted from Files App iOS 11

Hello,

I am using the Files App to sync documents from a specific Apple ID's iCloud Drive. Does anyone know of a restriction that will prevent users from deleting the files off the iCloud Drive from the iOS 11 device?
