Restricted Software: Include ID Number in Error Message

Since Jamf Pro Restricted Software records never quite seem to work for us as we originally expect, we’ve found that adding the ID Number in the text of the error message will help us track down which record is blocking what.

Error 4: macOS Ventura 13 is currently being tested.

@dan-snelson A useful tip. I'll add a caution that the message displayed when a Restricted Software block is triggered has a limit of 255 characters.
