Has anyone seen this issue with:
/usr/local/sbin/jamfds enroll --prompt

cat /usr/local/jds/logs/jamf.log
...
reveals the following:
xxxx-xx-xx xx:xx:xx,527 ERROR (77, 'Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)')
Traceback (most recent call last): File "/home/dev/jenkins/workspace/jamfds-build-release/label/build-rhel-jds.jamfsw.corp/build/pyi.linux2/jamfds/out00-PYZ.pyz/jss_comm", line 81, in _perform
error: (77, 'Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)’)

Looks like this was fixed in 9.61 and 9.62.

@ekkehard

This is a known issue that we have filed under D-007767.

There is a more detailed thread on JAMF Nation, that also contains the workaround steps in detail here: https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/discussion.html?id=11930

Essentially, we need to downgrade the following nss components, as the newest updates cause the JDS to be unable to enroll on a RHEL system:

yum downgrade nss nss-sysinit nss-tools nss-util nss-softokn

If you have any additional questions, please get in contact with your Technical Account Manager, either by giving them a call, sending an e-mail to support@jamfsoftware.com, or by using the My Support section of JAMF Nation.

Thanks!

I believe https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/discussion.html?id=11930 and this issue are not the same. https://jamfnation.jamfsoftware.com/discussion.html?id=11930 deals with access to a file while this issue deals with existence of a file. So I do not believe the workaround will work.
