Safari Browsing History on Ipads

I'm working in a middle school, and we want to be able to manage Ipads, students are pretty young so we'd like to see whate they're trying to do on Safari.

Is there any way to see their browse history ? I heard a little about "scripts" or something, I'm a very beginner to this so I'm sorry if it's obvious or not.

Apple respects users privacy very much, so does Jamf.
You might want to consider to monitor it from network utility.
Scripting might be able to achieve it but it only works on macOS.
