Self Service Policy Icon Deletion

Is there a way to delete the icons that show up when you click Select Existing Icon for a policy under Self Service? We have a lot that are the same or are old and I would like to clean it up a little. Is this possible?

Vote this FR up in the very least. Even though this request is a little different than what you're asking, if implemented, it would help reduce the clutter.
