I'm just in the process of testing Self Service in our environment and just wanted to know if I am missing something.
So I have created a few Policies and assigned them as Self Service and made sure that they are featured items. Once the items have been installed they are removed from the self service client. Is there a way that I can permanently have items listed in the Self Service Even though they have already been installed?

Make sure the policy is set to Ongoing and that should keep it in Self Service.
