Setting a homepage on Safari IOS

I am wondering if we are able to set a default homepage on Safari for our manged IOS devices, I have had a look through the configuration and cannot see anything referencing it

This is an old post and the answers seem to be few: Just looking at iOS 16.3 and didn't notice a setting to define it. The closest thing is Web Clips but that is a little different.
