Slow JSS Printer data refreshing

Happy Friday all,

I have printers setup in Casper Computer Management and set to Policies for Self Service. I have two scopes printers unmapped and printers mapped, this way mapped printers have the option in Self Service to unmap & vice versa. But when I unmap a printer it still shows up when I pull my computer up in Casper. How do I force refresh that information? I have tried recon but still not updating.

Any suggestions?

Hey Ken!

If a recon isn't doing it you may be out of luck.

You can get access to it via the APIs, under computer > mapped printers. It would be a bit of a pain but its possible.
