softwareupdate failing to find Big Sur installer in terminal

Whenever I run: "softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 11.0.1" I get the following: "Scanning for 11.0.1 installer
Install failed with error: Update not found"
rpayne@16-jamf-admin ~ %

Anyone seeing this?

the fetch-full-installer functionality seems to be broken in 11.0.1 as you can't get any other installers either. Seems to be working in beta 11.1 from what I've read online. So hopefully its just a lapse on Apple for this version.
