I'm a Windows user primarily, and we've recently purchase Jamf Cloud for building our macOS estate. So not overly familiar with how configurations work with Mac's.
Need some help with getting a Configuration PLIST installed prior to installing the Sophos Central client on macOS, as per the link below:

Need to do the above so that the computer picks up the policy (which is user based) so Encryption can start, as per this link below:

From my understanding, you put have the configuration PLIST in place before installing the client, so that when it communicates to Sophos Central to get it's client policy, it shows up as <domain>/username (rather than <computername>/username - then doing a work around afterwards).
