Stickies and Notes - From old to new Mac via Jss script?

Anyone have a slick script that could be run on an old Mac prior to upgrading to a new system that would capture Stickies and Notes data that could then be replaced via script after move to new Mac? This is an environment that is not using iCould on the users systems.
