We have a device that was DEP:ed and prestage enrolled but has somehow ended up being stuck on just "Assigned". There's a new employe working on it without problem right now, and everything else about the machine looks almost as it should in the system.
The thing I've noticed is that the machine has "FileVault 2 Not configured" under the management tab, which it should have, as it's gone through the same FV2 process as all the other Machines in our system.
Does anyone have any tricks/tips to "move it" from assigned to completed or do we have to re-enroll it?
