How can I globally suppress the "Get to know your Mac" notification that appears under a new user account? The notification has become an annoyance in my setups

TL;DR: There's a script for it as well as a config profile. The config is probably the netter method.

The config profile worked great in OS 10.13, but broken in 10.14. Anyone have an updated solution?
