Hello, I'm trying to re-brand Self Service by taking the Self Service app from C:/Program Files/JSS/Tomcat/webapps/ROOT/bin/SelfService.tar.gz customize it, then re-uploading it to the same location. However when the JSS pushes the app out via the management agent framework (JSS--> Settings --> Computer Management --> Self Service --> Install Automatically) , I get an error on the client about the checksum not matching. Is this checksum stores server side somewhere? Can I alter it to match the custom app? I'm also a bit confused because I alter resource files in the app to change the icon and some of the tiffs, but I do not alter the Self Service.app/Contents/MacOS/Self Service binary itself.
anyone else run into this?

Same here. Any suggestions?

I found the solution. I made a mistake when building the .tar.gz file. The .tar.gz contained the full path (/Users/john/Desktop/Self Service.app) instead of the app alone. This produced the error in my case.

All of the sudden we're seeing the same problem. Anyone know what or why they don't match? Something not configured properly maybe when we upgraded from 10.6 to 10.8?
