The new Capser Focus app is out since yesterday : that's great.
Impossible to log in on my Casper platform : that's not great :)
It tries a long time but the message (translated from french) is : "Network Connection lost"
Of course, credentials are ok ;)

Did the old Focus work for you?
Is the JSS server on a separate network from the iOS device you're trying Focus on?

Unfortunately I do not have the old Focus now. My JSS have a public address. No problem to reach it. Login fails because of a time out. When credentials are wrong, a message quickly appears.
