Uh oh! JSS Account rights gone nuts

Uh oh.

We're about to upgrade from 8.73 to 9.32. We've been testing this process on our test environment and so far we've only hit one major snag. The admin accounts on the JSS lose their administrator permissions, and sadly that includes the local admin account too. So we can upgrade but then can't administer the JSS.

Does anyone know of any way via MySQL to grant full admin rights to an account? If the worst happens, it'd be a good way to recover things nicely.

Help!

@franton

I see you've got a case open with your Technical Account Manager on this one; I'll go ahead and respond there, as posting the way to do it here could cause no end of security headaches for everyone else.

Thanks!

I would hope that people (like ourselves) have properly locked down mysql servers to prevent this, but point taken.
