Unable to login

Dear Jamf, We are not able to login to Jamf and we kept getting a 404 error.

Sounds like something you want to call Jamf support over. If you are self hosted, I’d suggest starting with your tomcat configuration and identifying any changes that happened since it worked last.

If the problem persists, try clearing browser cache and cookies, or attempt logging in using an incognito or private browsing window. Verify that the Jamf Pro server is running without any disruptions, and check network connectivity to rule out connection issues. If the problem persists, reviewing the Jamf logs, specifically the "jamf.log" and "jss.log" files, could provide insights into any errors or issues during the login process.

I was also facing this problem, but it was because of my network problem.
