Username & Email remains blank in prestage enrollment Mac

Hello, 

After enrolling the device in pre-stage the username & email are remaining blank.

We are using google cloud identity LDAP.

@joski_whyle  I tried but I couldn't. 
But the thrid party vendor helped & they didn't share the KB.  :(
