VPP and Codes in the JSS

Is this normal that some of my apps show "codes" and some do not but none of them show the available VPP licenses?

Do you have available license codes for those Apps? Those should show the correct amount of valid codes you have.
For the others I don't believe that view will show how many licenses you have, you need to go to Users>Search Content and if you leave the search field blank it will display all Apps you have and how many licenses you have.
