What happened to Software License "Notes"?

Possibly in the 8–9 transition this field seems to have vanished.

It's still in the SQL table - software_licenses.notes - which I had to look for in the raw SQL because that's where I'd put some supplementary license key info!

If this is in the release notes, fair enough, but is there isn't an equivalent in 9 (well 9.2 as I have here) for misc notes (unless you write it in a text file and add that as an attachment!)

Note this is different to the notes field you get per licensed software record - in the 'General' tab now. There used to be notes PER LICENSE.

(I'm now copying the old data to the General notes where it makes sense - this is the best equivalent in 9, tho it's awkward to put in license specific info when there's more than about 5 licenses)

This just bit me as well. We have some license keys that are more like paragraphs (Oxygen). I put all of that in the Notes field. I was a little shaken to find that field gone the first time I looked up a license. Reassuring to know it is still in the database. My account manager has filed a defect for this, so hopefully it will be fixed in a forthcoming release.
