Edit: turns out one of my smaller pre-stages had the boxes checked to use existing items and user info. All fixed!
I am on-prem Jamf 10.22.1 and almost always if we send a wipe command to a group of iPads, the devices wipe but the user info stays on the record.
I do not think this used to be the case, and then one of my techs said he wiped some this morning, and it DID remove it, and then later in the day it did NOT remove user info from the device record. We were not able to see any difference between the two groups of devices.
