Self-Service doesn’t show up in the dock consistently

Does anyone have the issue of the Self-Service app not always showing up in the dock? I can enroll 10 machines and maybe two or so (different machines) won’t have the app loaded in the dock. If I enroll it again, it may show up. Any ideas?
