WEB filtering solution - JAMF Trust

Hello @ADMIN_K_JAMF ,

it is hard to understand your message as it is in French and google translate does not do a perfect job.

If I understand you correctly, you want Jamf Web filter to work when your VPN is enabled? That is not possible. If you would like to use our VPN solution that can filter the traffic while enabled, you would need to use Zero Trust Network Access https://www.jamf.com/solutions/zero-trust-network-access/

@ADMIN_K_JAMFit works as expected. When you enable VPN, DNS settings get disabled, otherwise your VPN would not work properly.

If you are looking for a VPN solution with web filtering, please look into Zero Trust Network Access https://www.jamf.com/solutions/zero-trust-network-access/.

Hello Martin PAVLIC,

Sorry for the translation, I'll put my text back in English.
I've set up the JAMF Trust filtering solution, the application is well installed, visible on RADAR, WEB filtering works correctly.
However, I realized a problem a little later, I have a conflict with the Cisco VPN which confuses the DNS parameter of JAMF Trust.
When the Cisco VPN is mounted, WEB filtering no longer works.
When I deactivate the VPN, the filtering works again.

Have you seen this before?

Could you please have a solution

Thank you very much for your help
