We're testing Jamf Parent app for the first time, and one scenario we're testing is a family with multiple students at the school.
We tried setting up a location based device rule (having added two student devices to the parent app with QR code). I created a location of Home on the parent app, but when I try to create a rule based on location, the location appears in one student setting, but not in the other (we get the message "No Locations" on the second device, whereas the location created on the Parent app appears on the other.
All other settings seem to work - we can control both devices easily from the parent app, but the missing location on one device is frustrating us. Any input would be super useful.
