Performance problem with jamf teacher

Hello everyone

we have a major performance issue with Jamf Teacher (Jamf over jamfcloud.com). In a class of 20 students, it sometimes takes over 10 minutes for the last iPad to receive the profile. Since there are also such problems with other online services, but the speed of the Internet connection is about the same everywhere in the building (measured), I think it could be due to the configuration of our network. Has anyone here perhaps had similar experiences and found a solution?

Try running the Mac Evalution utility on your network to ensure your device is reachable to all the Apple Servers, you can download the Mac Evalution utility from the Apple Seed for IT

Try if a local caching server can be of use. One Mac mini for testing, and test if Jamf Teacher lets through information better. Worst case(caching makes no difference) you can repurpose the Mac mini for music, arts or similar later.

Network check like @Shyamsundar will check if communication for Apple services are open, but not necessarily Jamfs services if they use additional services and ports. Consider a Jamf Support case as well to see if their logs for the affected devices can say more about if.

Force Wifi on can also be of help.
