Do you see the device serials listed in the ADE profile in Jamf School?
ADE profiles in ASM is one thing, but they only sync once a day usually
unless manually triggered('Sync now' in the Dashboard does this). I
would consider to renew the ADE token ...
You should download the file to your computer, and then upload to Jamf
Pro in one of the supported formats. If you have a Google Drive setup
already, this distribution replaces that and puts the file in Self
Service.

context. A generalized answer without Jamf Pro specific tools is not
suitable when the question is asked in a Jamf Pro forum, please do
