I have been trying to log on since last night. Tried again this morning to get the same server error 500 message.
Tried to log via support got a message saying its not working.

This was because the Servers moved to jamfcloud.com. Should work again.

Same here. Got 500 Error after login via redirected manage.zuludesk.com
to jamfcloud
. In Chrome Browser I get the 500 Error too, but if I go back in browser history I get the 2FA-Initialization process. I am able to successfully initialize the 2FA, but after this I also get 500 Error.
The Status page reports no error and no maintenance.
