Hi all,
I have a class in jamf school with several users owning dep enrolled iPads. I also have a teacher user in that class. If I now login to "<mydomain>.jamfcloud.com/teacher", I see all those users. But if I do something (e.g. send an ad hoc attention message or applock request), nothing happens and the dialog is only stating "nothing to do".
Also tried to send those requests using the iOS teachers app and the corresponding API endpoints. The latter responds with "success : true" but the tasks array is empty, so I guess that's related to the fact, that no action is performed on the iPads.
Can someone help me out what I'm missing?
