Have you rebooted your JAMF servers since this issue? There was an issue
mentioned before regarding ABM syncing and JAMF, and restarting the
server was supposed to resolve that issue.
From what I read, JAMF Connect does not support this configuration.

I've noticed with Config Profiles, sometimes even when you make slight
changes and save, it won't push out the changes to some users. I've
found it best to save the Config, delete the old one, and upload a new
one with your changes, then save. See if...
