.PKG Dialog Windows. Can you edit them?

Hi Guys Wonder if anyone can tell me if there is a way for when packaging .PKG's with Composer to edit the dialog window appearance to have for instance, your companies logo and artwork on it? Or are we left with the default dialogs? Thanks
