@mojo21221 That is what we did for a work around as well. It works, but it certainly isn't the best solution. I was really hoping that the update would fix the issue.

I think it's just a way for more user interaction. They may agree with the post but don't actually have any more pertinent information to add. Just my thoughts.

Hey @ryan.bender, I don't believe that 9.99 is compatible with iOS 11 which is probably why you are having issues. However, upgrading to 9.101 (which is supposed to be compatible) probably isn't going to help you much either it seems.
