Was the APNS certificate in Jamf Pro renewed with another Apple ID since
enrollment of this device? Then you would have to restore to defaults
and enroll at setup again.
Apple Classroom is for users in Apple School Manager, and could be
configured to work with users from AzureAD/Entra ID and devices managed
in Intune. I am not aware of any other similar products from Microsoft's
education team.
