I have been informed by our support company that in Jamf School, you can do this in "Class" layouts. Not normal layouts. Not sure that helps in Pro. It all seems rather difficult for something much needed in an MDM situation.

I think you use Layouts on shared iPads, you can create webclips in that.

I had this issue Sunday too. Monday it was fixed.Maybe the browser cache needs clearing when it happens again.
