another idea, you could disable Airplay for the students by adding an
ipad Profile > Airplay > On...
I guess you could do it the other way around, on the macs. Under
settings > Airdrop & Handoff > Airplay Receiver > Set Allow Airplay for
Current user. I don't know if you can push this via a profile, but every
teacher should be able to set this manua...
