I am experiencing this as well, many computers are going through just
fine, and others are just hanging. I confirmed our terms and conditions
and certs were all up-to-date. Did anyone else find a fix for this
issue? Thanks in advance!
Good point! Jamf support confirmed with me that you do not need to use
the same Apple ID to renew the VPP token, so long as the Apple ID used
to download the token has permissions to Apple School Manager.Where it's
a former admin's individual account...
I contacted Apple about moving the VPP token from the former admin's
Apple ID to another Apple ID. They said they aren't able to, and to just
download the token from another Apple ID in Apple School Manager, which
seems to contradict the Jamf documen...
