I'm working on building a Title Editor entry for the Barco MirrorOp app.
On its site, Barco lists the latest version as 18.104.22.168. Unfortunately,
the app's Get Info window (and Jamf app inventory) only shows the main
version (2.5.4). I found in the ap...
Sorry if this has been asked before -- I searched but didn't find
much. We've been using a few CommunityPatch source feeds to help "fill in
the gaps" for software titles Jamf doesn't natively offer for patch
management. Some of them are somewhat niche...
By default, when an Office 2019 app is installed, Microsoft AutoUpdate
will automatically launch. I don't want that to happen (we handle
patching Office apps through a patch policy in Jamf), but I'm having
little luck. As part of our Office 2019 depl...
I've been tasked with setting up a few iPads that are locked down to
only show a single PDF. So far I've been able to preload the PDF onto a
test iPad through Jamf and have it appear in the library of the Books
app. I can then set the Books app to si...
So after wasting a day trying various options to get a customized Dock
for users in Catalina, I've settled on DockBuilder. It works well
enough, but when a user logs in and it runs, they get a notification
asking if they want to get notifications fro...
I'd love to see the ability to scope these to Self Service, instead of a
mandatory installation. Basically, just add the ability to select an app

could also include any additiona...
A couple weeks ago I built an isolated environment with a Windows Server
2019 domain controller and a Mac running Big Sur. I can confirm that,
with a big sigh of relief, that these new hotfixes do indeed fix the
problem when the PacRequestorEnforceme...
Thank you! Here's the final script that I've confirmed works -- there
was a copy/paste error in my original post, so this one actually targets
the correct application #!/bin/sh AppPath="/Applications/MirrorOp.app"
if [ -d "$AppPath" ]; then prefix=$...
I'm working on deploying Cortex XDR across our Mac fleet now. On macOS
10.14 and below, it installs a KEXT. On 10.15, it installs a system
extension instead. You'll need to whitelist it separately from the KEXT.
EDIT: Just found Palo Alto's documenta...
Hi @RBlount, I'm trying to work with your script above and coming across
a minor hiccup. If I run it as-is on Catalina from a .sh file invoked
manually through Terminal, it works -- but when it gets to the step
where it executes the jamf setcomputern...
