Are you applying this at the user level or computer level? Securly now
has info about this on their support site but says it must be applied at
the user level. Unfortunately many of our users are not "mdm enabled"
users so that won't work for us.
I have an open ticket as well. All we need to do is replace one line
with if [ -d /Applications/Sophos Anti-Virus.app ] || [ -d
/Applications/Sophos/Sophos Anti-Virus.app ]; then but we are unable to
do so. I don't know why this is something that tak...
Same issue here and apple has no idea. Only happening on one device.
Wiped / removed from mdm/asm re-added reconfigured every which way, this
device won't let any users in shared mode. Was there a resolution?
