I have an open ticket as well. All we need to do is replace one line
with if [ -d /Applications/Sophos Anti-Virus.app ] || [ -d
/Applications/Sophos/Sophos Anti-Virus.app ]; then but we are unable to
do so. I don't know why this is something that tak...
Same issue here and apple has no idea. Only happening on one device.
Wiped / removed from mdm/asm re-added reconfigured every which way, this
device won't let any users in shared mode. Was there a resolution?

Just started a trial with them and have the same issue. Added the app to
both config profiles that have restrictions but the issue is still
present. Opened a support case, I'll update if I find a resolution.
