Are apps that are (legitimately and not the bug) no longer in the app store uninstalled from ipads or do they remain until the user deletes them or other?Thanks!-John

You can delete them by hand with a config profile > restrictions > "Allow removing system apps (iOS 11 or later, supervised only)", Then remove the profile when finished.

Yeah, not your laptop mate. Put a little piece of postit note over the camera if it makes you feel better. If its any consolation we have Munki installed on our laptops and to my slight horror it apparently logs our location with a python script call...

Thanks @thejenbot. We've had a couple apps bite the dust after devices were wiped and reassigned. @nanfay and @CGundersen we've run into this issue too ( Product issue- PI-005394 VPP - Disabled Apps - Apps That Exist on the App Store are Disabled ).

I concur with chriscollins. You would need to resubmit all groups currently in scope with the new ones. If you were dealing with single ipads there are xml tags to update single ipads in a group's scope without needing to rePUT what's already there. ...
