Just as I thought 2020 was done with us, VPP redownload call timed out
returns. JOY! And yes it's happening for us again
now as well, Mostly 10.15.7 machines.
FYI Big Sur still showing up as 10.16 when using smart groups NOT 11.0
as it's meant to! Sure JAMF know about this but that was 30 minutes of
my life I won't get back figuring it out!
Been speaking to JAMF about it again today. From my discussions the
issue is believed to be on Apple's end? JAMF asked me to RE-trigger the

From reading through this thread I think I'm getting that this is
actually an Apple VPP issue not necessarily a JAMF issue (correct me if
I'm wrong) So is there a case open with Apple that we can all throw our
frustration at?! I can't believe this is...
Still getting this issue. Thankfully defered the role out of Catalina
but this is happening during testing any updates on this from JAMF would
