Also wondering if you found a solution for this, we are seeing similar behavior as well with very similar setup: Okta, Duo, Jamf Connect 2.x.x

Just to follow up, we noticed that our policy sending our Okta plist was being removed and this was the cause of us receiving this error.

Did you happen to have any luck with figuring this out? I am seeing the same issue--also testing Jamf Connect with Okta.
