Did you get this fixed? I am encountering a similar issue with an app.
Pearson TELL. When downloaded via JAMF Pro's Self Service, it crashes,
but when I download it via Apps Store, it works fine.

We also saw this same problem , We tried to create new prestage
enrollment, reformat device so many times, also update the DEP token
problem still cannot solved. Any solution?
