Finding out what machines have iCloud enabled?

Looking through the archives has done me no favors, I need a way to find out which users/Macs have iCloud enabled. At some point I need to disable iCloud outright and knowing how many users have it enabled would be extremely helpful.

Firewall button grayed out even when pref pane is unlocked

All of my laptops have the firewall button in security & privacy preferences grayed out even when I've unlocked the pref pane as admin. Anybody else seen this behavior? Doesn't happen on my iMacs, happens on both Sierra and High Sierra.
